Since March LOADS has happenedin the garden.
1: my Parsnips look fab just warding off the slugs now.
2: All the onions have been eaten by the slugs hoping they will come back to life but not counting on it.
3: carrots didn't do anything and the patch of ground they were on the cats decided was a nice sunny spot to lie on so nothing has grown not even any weeds!
4: Strawberries are doing well the alpine ones are being eaten regulary by me and stu need lots more though to do anything with and have eaten 2 from the other plant so am waiting for runners off that to propergate.
5: tomatoes all died due to me not being around (gran in hospital up north) next year must teach other half to water plants!
6: herbs in kitchen doing well, Basil in shed doing well too nearly ready to move on somewhere more exciting. Chives being eaten by everything and everyone.
7: we have loads of creepers and climbers everywhere, clamatus look lovely and roses abundent. some of the smaller roses I'm going to have to move. or get rid of :(
Theres loads more happening and we are slowly sorting out the house so have put the garden to the side for now, we have a lovely new BBQ just need to find somewhere to put it rather than in the middle of the patio and i still need to take down the fence in the middle of the garden.
The frogs are doing well eating lots of slugs and my compost heap is comming on.
The wormery has produced a nice batch of soil that I have put to one side ready for the veg patch when I take out the pond, though there are some tadpoles left so will still be some time.
