After the rain...

... The sun came out and dried up all the ground!

looking forward to this weekend and spending a bit of time in the garden, hopefully the grass will be dry enough to cut finally as the frount garden looks a state though its still annoying the neighbours which is always good!

Harvested some potatoes this week which were still a bit small but the plants we're ready for lifting. Going to clean the tub and get ready for the next lot hopefully i can grow some more before its to late for the year.

Basil is going strong and is going to get its first outing outside now its warmed up some more.

Only one onion has got as far as flowering, while all the garlic looks fantastic so next year am going to use the garlic as a barier for the slugs who are still eating all my other plants!

Parsnips are also looking really good so dead chuffed can't wait to start lifting them in autumn.

have discovered that i have far to many roses in the garden unfortunatly only one seemd to be on its last legs so that will get binned as it has some sort of infection. All the rest annoyingly seen quite happy so am going to move them to the front garden, again just to annoy the neighbours! and underplant with pansies and primroses as they are all coming along really well.

have picked loads of seeds off my pansies so am going to try germinating them for the front garden as they look really good at the moment and have been flowering for months!

well lets see what this weekend brings.
